Olowalu is a growing community still in the development and planning stages.
The first developments consisted of an agricultural subdivision called Olowalu Mauka with 14 homesites of two or more acres with panoramic ocean and island views, and an oceanfront community of five homesites called Olowalu Makai.
There is a charming general store and restaurant in Olowalu, just across from one of Maui's most popular snorkeling spots and mile marker 14.
